KHILAL TEX ("Raw materials exclusive" LLC) and KHILAL CLUSTER are part of the largest private holding "KHILAL GROUP" in Uzbekistan.

KHILAL CLUSTER and KHILAL TEX are a cotton-textile cluster, engaged in growing cotton raw materials in Uzbekistan, starting from the stage of its processing, further processing of products in cotton processing and oil extraction plants, and production of light industrial products. The final products are gauze, ready-made clothes and knitted products.

KHILAL TEX

In 2021, the great year created by our Honorable President for entrepreneurs, the project in Karshi district will cost 20 mln. "Khilal Tex" enterprise, which produces high-quality kalava yarn under the "KHILAL" brand, with a price of USD. KHILAL COTTON PROCESSING PLANT

"KHLAL" network of enterprises launched a factory for the initial processing of new cotton raw materials in Karshi district of Kashkadarya region. The cost of the project is 3 million dollars, and it has the capacity to process 80-100 tons of cotton raw materials per day and produce high-quality cotton fiber. This project is the second stage project of "KHILAL" cluster system. Factory equipment was imported from Germany and Turkey, and more than 50 new jobs were created through this project.

KASBI KHILAL TEX

Another new project was laid by the "KHILAL" network of enterprises.The enterprise is building a new modern "Cotton and artificial fiber mixed yarn production and textile waste processing factory" in Kasbi district, Kashkadarya region. The cost of this project is 24 million euros, and it has the capacity to produce 8000 tons of finished products per year.Factory equipment is the most modern equipment brought from Germany, Turkey, Switzerland and Italy.The project is planned to be launched in early 2025. As a result of the launch of the project, more than 400 new jobs will be created.

BANDIKHAN COTTON PROCESSING FACTORY

"KHILAL" network of enterprises launched another new primary processing plant of cotton raw materials in Bandikhon district of Surkhandarya region.The cost of the project is 4 million dollars, and it has the capacity to process 90-100 tons of cotton raw materials per day and produce high-quality cotton fiber. Factory equipment was imported from Turkey and more than 50 new jobs were created through this project.

BANDIXON TEXTILE

As a result of the wide opportunities created for entrepreneurs in recent years, in 2021, the cost of the project in Bandikhon district of Surkhandarya region will be 25 mln. Another textile enterprise under the name of "BANDIXON AGROKLASTER", which produces quality kalava yarn under the "KHILAL" brand, is being established. This new enterprise has the capacity to produce 4,000 tons of finished products per year. is the most modern equipment to be supplied. As a result of the project launch, more than 300 new jobs will be created per year.

He graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics in 1995. He started his career as an accountant in the Samarkand region tea production factory in 1992. Later, he continued his cocktail activity at "Samarkand Grain Products" JSC. During his career, Mekhnat worked as the head of the supply department, the head of the sales and marketing department, the deputy director of finance, economy and supply.
